形態特徵

Decumbent or ascending annual herbs to 50 cm tall; stems subhexagonal, glabrous or nearly so.
Leaves ovate or ovate-lanceolate, 3–7 cm long, 2–3 cm wide, apex acuminate or short-acuminate, base cuneate, margins entire or shallowly undulate, both surfaces glabrous or bearing few marginal hairs, lateral veins 5–7 per side; petioles 1–4 cm long, slightly pubescent.
Flower-clusters axillary and terminal, sessile or short peduncled; bracts cuneate-elliptic or obovate, 8–14 mm long, 5–8 mm wide, outer surface sparingly sericeous, margins ciliate; bracteoles, glandular-pubescent on dorsal surface; corolla pink, ca. 1.2 cm long, pubescent without, limb bilabiate, lips ca. 5 mm long; stamens exserted, ca. 3 mm beyond mouth of corolla tube; filaments retrorsely pubescent; ovary glabrous.
Capsule ovoid, ca. 6 mm long; seeds orbicular, verrucose.

台灣 : widely distributed in the center and south.
世界 : Southern China.
